Where is your store located?
We are an online retailer only. All orders are shipped from Littleton, Colorado 80120.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment using Paypal. If you wish to pay by check, email us for instructions. Items paid for by check will not ship until the check clears our bank.
How do I make a purchase?
1.) Add desired items to your shopping cart.
2.) Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
3.) Enter the requested Name, Shipping and Billing information. IMPORTANT!! You must enter the requested Name and Shipping information even if paying by Paypal Express.
4.) Select desired payment method using the drop down menu displayed at page bottom.
5.) If paying by Credit Card, enter the card info & click “Submit Order”. If you choose “PayPal Express” simply click on the displayed PayPal Express logo.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If after you receive your item(s) and you don’t like it or if you “just don’t want it” you can return it for a full refund minus shipping charges with the following restrictions. Within 7 days after receiving your item(s), you must email or call for a return authorization number. info@TheBriarPipe.com or (303) 734-8576. All returned products MUST BE in new and unused condition with all packaging. Pipes MUST BE UNSMOKED!!
What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?

How long will it take to receive my order?
All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. There is also an Express Mail option for $45. Whenever possible, item(s) are shipped the same day ordered, otherwise the next business day. Average shipping time, depending on your location, is 3 to 4 days.
Why do I have to sign when my order is delivered?
A signature is required by the Post Office for all insured packages.
International Shipments: Sent by USPS First Class Airmail for $14.95 or Express Mail for $45. Packages shipped outside of the US may be subject to fees and duties imposed by foreign governments. Any fees and/or duties due are the sole responsibility of the buyer. It may take to 1 to 4 weeks for your package to arrive depending on your countries customs back-log. Other international shipping arrangements are available at an additional cost to you. We will not be responsible for any package or goods mailed to a foreign location once it has left our hands.
Why am I being charged for taxes?
All shipments to Colorado addresses will be charged state sales tax when your order is placed. Any Colorado municipality sales taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments to other states/municipalities/countries may be subject to sales tax, import duties and or fees. Any sales tax, import duties or fees are the customer’s responsibility. TheBriarPipe.com will not be liable for any sales taxes, duties, or fees. If you refuse delivery of the package, it may or may not be returned to us by the post office. This is out of our control. If we do not receive the package back, no refund will be given.
